Personal Banker
Shore United Bank is seeking a Personal Banker with banking experience to join our teamThe Personal Banker listens, asks questions, and finds solutions to meet every financial need of current and prospective customersAs a Personal Banker you will recommend services, solutions, and referrals to appropriate bank personnel to meet the needs of the customers.
Essential Functions:
Greeting and serving customers in the lobby, drive thru, and on the phoneOpening new accounts and servicesRecommending Bank products and servicesIdentifying and resolving customer issuesProviding Teller services to customers by processing deposits, transfers, withdrawals, loan payments, and other transactionsConducting direct business calls and referrals on a regular basisMaintaining community presence and involvementAssisting with the implementation of changes, improvements and new proceduresOriginating and processing consumer loan requestsAssisting in the mortgage loan process as requiredRequired Education and ExperienceHigh school diploma or GED equivalent requiredPrior experience in a banking roleCompany
