The companies are in the wellness industry and all products are tracked and highly regulated; therefore, tedious and detailed recordkeeping is required.

Casual work attire Growth opportunities Fast-paced and detail oriented The Assistant Bookkeeper will be responsible for entering costs from credit cards into QB and scanning receipts and bills into the system.
A basic knowledge of Quickbooks is preferred.
We are looking for a team player with a strong work ethic, and previous experience utilizing Quickbooks, who can help us maintain accurate and complete records.
Responsibilities:
Maintain recordkeeping in QuickBooks (desktop version) - requires some experience and working knowledge using QB Prepare credit card deposits.
Analyze accounting data to ensure all transactions are accurately recorded, classified, and posted to the appropriate accounts.
Compile and submit expense reports.
Review, verify, and add missing details to financial reports.
Manage office supplies.
Track and manage packaging inventory and order supplies from vendors.
Track and file monthly inventory reports for all company locations Job Type:
